It's our goal to make billing as transparent as possible. Here's everything you need to know and can expect when it comes to our billing process.

Billing Statements
Kinnek is a post-pay subscription, which means will bill monthly for fees accrued during the previous month. The monthly billing cycle starts on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the month. Billing statements are posted on the 1st and can be viewed in the Billing Portal of your Kinnek account. You will also receive an email alert when your billing statement is ready to be viewed.

From your Billing Portal you can also you view your current month’s accruing activity in real-time.

Accepted Payment Method
All accounts are enrolled in automatic payment via a credit or debit card when signing-up for Kinnek.

Payment Due Date
The Payment Due Date is when we’ll automatically charge the amount due to the card on file. The payment due date is highlighted in your monthly billing statement and is typically five business days from receiving your bill (excluding Federal holidays). If we are unable to successfully charge the card on file you will be notified via email with instructions on how to update your card.

Outstanding Payments
When a payment is not received on the Payment Due Date it is considered outstanding.

You have until the end of the current month’s billing cycle to update your card on file and complete payment to Kinnek. Kinnek will notify you via email of any outstanding payments.

If payment is not made by the end of the current billing cycle and we’re unable to get in contact with you, we will hold all new leads until payment is received.

Note, that all outstanding fees are listed in your current month’s activity view of your Billing Portal.

Updating the payment card on file
You can update the credit card on file from the Membership tab of your Kinnek Account or by calling your account manager. Once updated, Kinnek will charge any outstanding payments due to the updated card.
