Action Items save time by showing exactly how you can respond to any new customer activity in your Priorities.
You’ll find Action Items in the upper right corner of each Priority that you click into.
Action Items vary by Priority type:
Completing any Action Item adds a check mark to the corresponding Priority card.
That card will clear from your Priorities by the next time you visit your Priorities page. You can continue viewing the lead in its given Pipeline stage.
