CRM’s work best once the whole team is onboard and Sprig is no different! Streamline your internal sales process by adding coworkers and easily assign leads to the correct salesperson.

There are two ways to invite your team members to Sprig:

1. Click the triangle next to your user name in the top right corner and select “Add coworker.”

Clicking this will open our simple user invitation form.

You’ll have the option to assign your coworker the role of admin or standard user. Admin users can see and edit all contacts that your organization has within Sprig and standard users can only see and edit the contacts that are assigned to them. You can add as many people as you’d like from here!

2. There is also a link to invite your coworkers on your contact pages, next to the contact owner section.

Inviting coworkers in this way will also assign the current contact to your new coworker so they can begin working this lead as soon as they accept your invitation to join Sprig.

Tell your coworker to be on the look-out for an email from Sprig CRM. They can easily complete their registration and start managing the contacts you’ve assigned to them from there.

If you need to remove a coworker, reach out to us via the “Help” button up top and our customer support team will take care of this for you ASAP.
