Customers can opt to pay through Kinnek Pay using credit card, ACH, or wire transfer. The second two are especially well suited for larger sized transactions. In the case of wire transfer, we don’t charge you any processing fee.
Customer Payment Method Selection
Here’s how it works:
1. When your customer is ready to pay, you can send them a payment request, or they can pre-authorize a payment to you. They can select to pay by wire.
2. The customer will send the wire transfer to Kinnek, and we’ll process it the same business day (business days are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m - 5 p.m. Eastern Time).
3. As soon as we receive the wire, we’ll GUARANTEE payment to you, so that you can move forward with the order.
4. The payment will land in your bank account in 2-3 business days via an electronic bank transfer.
