It’s not unusual for your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) to suddenly start flagging emails from as spam or ‘not a safe sender’, because of the volume of emails you receive from this address on a weekly basis. Your Kinnek notification emails are still being sent to you as normal, but your email provider is preventing them from appearing in your inbox. 

 To resolve the issue, you’ll need to manually add to your list of “approved” or “saved senders”. The steps to do so vary depending on the email provider you use, but can usually be found by conducting quick internet search for, “how do I add an email address to my safe list in gmail?”

 Finally, you should also contact your Kinnek account manager who can send you a test email from to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
