Access your account settings by clicking your name on the upper right corner of your screen and clicking on Account. 

Updating your account information depends on what settings you want to change. Here’s a quick guide for reference:

Login Information

You can update you username and password by going to Account > Edit Your Profile > Account Information.

Adding and Removing Team Members

If you’re expanding (or shrinking) your Kinnek team, contact your account representative or supplier-support@kinnek.com, so that we adjust your company account accordingly. 


Display Name

Edit the appearance of your contact name by going to Account > Edit Your Profile > Contact Information. 

Edit the appearance of your company name by contacting your account representative or supplier-support@kinnek.com.

Quote Signature

Edit your personal signature from Account > Signature. This Signature appears at the bottom of any quote or message you send to a customer.

Payment Information

To change your billing information (credit card details) or Kinnek Pay account information (bank account details), contact your account representative or supplier-support@kinnek.com

Product Categories

Add new product categories by going to Account > Product List. 

Select or search for the product categories you’d like to add.

To remove or revise your product listings, you can request changes from Account > Product List, and and we’ll notify you when these changes are approved.


Lead Settings

To adjust the geographic scope of your leads, go to Account > Product List and request changes to the geographic settings for any of your products. We’ll notify you when these changes are approved.

To adjust the distribution of leads among team members, contact your account representative or supplier-support@kinnek.com


Email Settings

To adjust the types of emails you receive from Kinnek, contact your account representative or supplier-support@kinnek.com


Removing Leads

You can remove a lead from your any stage of your Pipeline by clicking into the lead and selecting the “Archive Lead” button under Lead Information. You can retrieve archived leads anytime by visiting your Archive. Read more here.


Turning Off Leads

To temporarily turn off leads while you’re away from work, contact your account representative or supplier-support@kinnek.com so that you can keep your responsiveness high while you’re away.

To permanently close your account, please contact your account representative or supplier-support@kinnek.com
